Logic Energy’s system has been featured on the BBC’s popular weekly rural and environmental programme, Countryfile. The programme is widely known for tackling important ecological issues throughout the UK, and the February 21st edition had an extended feature on renewable energy. In this edition, current feature reporter and ex-presenter John Craven investigated the possibilities of small scale renewable installations for schools and domestic owners in the UK.
The feature included a number of examples of renewable energy installations, including Ronald Kear of Monmouth, who has installed a hydro electric system on part of the River Monnow. He has the largest hydro plant in the country and uses Logic Energy’s system to remotely monitor his asset – checking variables such as power generated, system health and green house gas avoided. For Mr Kear it is vital to monitor the energy he is producing, as his system earns him over £60,000 every year in revenue, according to Countryfile.
The Logic Energy system is chosen by a number of major renewable energy installers and manufacturers for a number of reasons. The solution is built on reliability, and has been developed to provide the right knowledge, at all times.
